> Eligibility is determined based on good moral character, willingness to assist in the duties, responsibilities and goals of NVYFCA.

> Coaches and volunteers are required to submit to a criminal background check, including any and all sex offender registries.

> No member, coach or volunteer will be allowed to assist NVYFCA if they have ever been convicted of any crime against a child. Any other charges and/or convictions will be reviewed by the Executive Officers of the Board.
